The idea of creating this website came to me as a result of multiple moves from one country to another that came together with a lot of parcels and shipments made by various companies. I have understood on my own experience how exciting, but complicated this process can be.

Each shipment - whether it is a small package or a big one - is a great work and an adventure. Everything starts with the preparation: boxes, scotch, tape gun, wrapping paper and so much more. Once preparations are done we could start with packing itself. But the most important step is still ahead of us - to find from various companies the one that is safe, trustworthy, that will ship all the boxes on time, to the right destination, safe and sound.

Choosing a shipping company is not that easy. While choosing the shipping company it appeared that one company can offer a fast delivery, however at a high price; second company can offer its delivery service at an affordable price, but waiting time from the moment of shipment to the final delivery is incredibly high. Third company asks for an affordable price for the shipment and delivery service however possibility of insurance for valuable items is not available.

After finally making the hard choice of the shipping company we can go to another step - filling out the forms for the shipment, taking into consideration that each company has its own terms to consider: weight, dimensions, content, time. All of this can be a bit overwhelming.Finding the right company among this diversity and chaos, that would meet all the expectations in terms of price, deadlines, guarantees and reliability - can be seen as art on its own!

And ordering from online marketplaces? And this is a whole different story. Delivery of such parcel in the shortest time can bring so much joy. But what if after a long wait of such a delivery it still did not arrive, as such shipments can face various difficulties on the way through different countries.
